Jamaa Problems: "Racism"

Hi. Another post about Jamaa problems. And sorry for not updating! I'll be checking posts for editing and any comments that need a response to.

So there is a problem that is not as big as bullying, but maybe just as big. It is called animal "racism" and status "racism" Let's start with status.

Status "racism" is like member and non member thing. Since that membership allows you to unlock most things, some members began to think that they are superior to non members and other non members. NOT ALL OK?!?!  YOU UNDERSTOOD?!   This causes them to act mean and snotty, or in some cases bullying.

I mean why? Just because you payed for a things does not automatically make you *ugh* """cool"""" (I dislike this word greatly like """""swag""""and """"swagger""""". ) I mean, non members and other members pay for other things in real life too! Maybe not membership cards, for some non members have their money to spend on than a virtual thing. Yes I said it. A virtual thing. I'm sorry if I offended the hardcore gamers or fans. I am also one, but I must say it.

Let's now get into animal "racism." It is that some people (all groups) think that an animal is more superior than another. Most people think wolves are the most superior, being the most common. I have to admit, I like wolves. But there is no reason to bully and gang up on a person who does not have one! I mean, if they like it, leave it that way! They like it and don't change their opinion! I mean, what if that another animal besides wolves, rabbits, and popular animals was superior? Would you gang up on people to get the animal?

So let's get to the bottom of this. Stop this racism! Embrace the difference! Don't hate it! Love it and Share it!

Jamaa Problems: Bullying

Oh hey guys, welcome to a post about a problem in Jamaa.

Let's start with bullying. Or in this case, cyber bullying. Many Jammers get cyber bullied in Jamaa every day.

A question to the bullies: Why do you bully them? Why? Are you so hungry for power? Are you a sadist? Or are you a child with social problems? Seriously, for any reason, you shouldn't be bullying. Bullying just tells us how immature you are and how you are going to grow up. Most bullies are growing up to be bad people and immature even as adults. They also may have bad social skills and more problems in this life.

If your so hungry for power, how about play a game other than Animal Jam? We don't appreciate people telling us what to do. There are many games where you can be power hungry and build your own little kingdom in.

If you people don't know what a sadist is, it is a person who enjoys other people's pain. Do you know how much they suffer behind that screen? You may think they are just artificial things, but THERE IS SOME ONE, WITH FLESH AND BLOOD, AND BREATHING BEHIND THAT SCREEN. IT IS A PERSON, JUST LIKE YOU. A HUMAN BEING. SOME OF THOSE KIDS MAY HAVE COMMIT SUICIDE BECAUSE OF ONE FOOLISH PERSON'S BEHAVIOR.

The people that have made a kid commit suicide: I am disgusted by the fact you can live without the burden of a death you caused. That is a child's life. That child has so much to live for, and you destroyed it.

So please, stop bullying. There will always be this problem as long as humanity exists, but we can lessen the problem if we stop standing there and help the victim. And for the bullies, change your ways and start to be nice to people.

Hey Jammers, its April already!(nooooooooooo) Anyway, I decided to only update the things involving the Shamans, lore, etc.


Cosmo leaves on a journey with all of the koalas in Jamaa to find a new land! Your wondering which one?
Well you see, two of those lands aren't in the first map (with oceans). The land that was part of the first map, yet to be discovered, is the top left had corner one. They need to unlock that land. It has remained passive for almost 3 years, the longest time that a land remained passive.

Well, if there is one thing I like, it is glowing crystals in the shape of the Shamans. At epic wonders, you can see glowing crystals of Graham and Greely. Members only, sorry!

If you guys remembered the water splash sound effect, its gone! Thanks to the complaining of some Jammers, the sound is gone!

How Accurate is My Information?

Hey Jammers, some of you may wonder how I got these stories and all.

Well, since I liked writing down and pasting a game website's stories, I did that to the Lore. I copied down everything ever since I was a Beta. I once also took pictures, but I got extremely blurry images and ended up trashing them all. So my info is pretty accurate.

"Greely, the reluctant wolf Shaman, puts his creepy cleverness to use in the study of animal magic. He is definitely on the side of good and righteousness, but he plays by his own rules. He speaks in to-the-point sentences, even to new animals, and has a certain amount of disdain for the other Shaman leaders. The only higher power that Greely respects is the Sky Mother, Mira. Greely is a powerful warrior against the phantoms in Animal Jam; they fear him most of all, because he is so much like them. He is the link to the darker side of the Animal Jam mythology. He has theories about where the phantoms came from and he may even know the location of a few undiscovered spirit stones."

"Greely may be the least understood of the Alpha animals protecting Jamaa. Solitary by nature and a master of stealth, Greely spends most of his time alone and far from Jamaa, observing the movements of the Phantoms and sabotaging them from the shadows. His strange ability to move instantaneously between shadows is one of the reasons he makes many animals very nervous; it sometime seems as though he can appear anywhere, anytime. His menacing appearance and grim, humorless personality probably don’t help.

Greely and Sir Gilbert took an instant dislike to each other, and despite Liza’s best efforts to bring them together, they avoid one another as much as possible. In both personality and approach to the Phantom problem, they are polar opposites. Where Sir Gilbert prefers to meet the threat head-on and seeks clearly drawn battle lines, Greely believes that the Alphas should turn the devious methods of the Phantoms against them.The other Alphas may not entirely trust Greely and his methods, but they certainly respect him. He knows more about the Phantoms and their movements than anyone, and it’s possible the Phantoms fear him even more than they do Sir Gilbert. If the reports are true that Greely has recently returned to Jamaa with urgent news, it can only mean that the Phantoms are on the move."

Most people have pets. I  have 2 sweet lil guinea pigs (actual name cavies) called Shadow and Poppy. Their names are pretty easy to see whos who.

They are both girls and are 4 months old! If you play with one, YOU PLAY WITH SHADOW. POPPY IS A PSYCHO CAVY TO THE MAX.

"Brave and powerful Liza is the panda Shaman. She values exploration and intellectual pursuits, and has personally mapped a great majority of Jamaa. She is proud and determined in her manner, and she lets nothing stand in the way of her latest expedition to a far off land. Liza doesn't stand still for long, and never has much time to talk before having to dash off. She created most of the exploration-based challenges in Animal Jam and she presses all animals in the world to document Jamaa. She has a kind, motherly manner about her; very encouraging and very gentle. She believes that anyone can do better, and reach higher."

'Liza is pretty well known to the animals of Jamaa, since she personally welcomes everyone that arrives here and helps them get started on their adventures. Liza has always been a traveler and explorer too, and she vividly remembers the day her travels first took her to Jamaa.

She found a land besieged not only by Phantoms, but by internal conflicts as well. Rabbits and monkeys were always bickering, while koalas and tigers wouldn’t speak to each other at all; and it seemed as though the wolves didn’t get along with anybody. Even among the Alphas there was tension and suspicion.Liza has a talent for helping animals understand each other better, though, and she was the peacemaker who brought the Alphas together as friends. Their example soon spread to the other animals, and for a long time now Jamaa has enjoyed peace both inside and outside its borders.After the last major battle with the Phantoms, the rest of the Alphas set out to track these mysterious invaders back to their point of origin and learn more about them. Liza stayed behind, however, both to safeguard our home against further attacks, and to help the thousands of animals arriving here every day find their way around Jamaa Township."

The "Throne Rider"

This statue was in the really early beta times. The Zios pit was not present at the time.

Nicknames by me the "Throne Rider", he is one of Jamaa's greatest's mysteries. The statue was only there shortly before it disappeared. Like the Giant Mushroom, this is in the beta times. But where did the statue go? Statues can't move unless carried......

Phantoms

A mysterious being, they are the evil side of Jamaa

The Phantoms are evil creatures born from Mira's tears. When Zios disappeared, Mira's sad and angry tears fell to the earth of Jamaa, mixing in with the elements. They resemble spiders with one eye.Phantoms are extremely popular in Jamaa, as they appear in alot of games and the HQ of "blames" the phantoms for their glitches.

Zios

Not much is known about The Sky Father Zios, but we do know he was a god.

Zios was the creator of Mira and Jamaa. Zios is ratherly an unknown character in the game. He portrayed as the Zios Sun. Zios (or his statue) came back in Jamaa's Alpha video. He is "destroyed:" in the video, as he falls after the Phantoms zap him.

Zios appears to be quite important, for he seems to be on the carpet/rug in Chamber of knowledge, wall hangings around Jamaa, statue ruins (Lost Temple of Zios), and other places.

He also has items called the Zios Fountain (Mystery Emporium), Zios Mask (Epic Wonders), and a Wall hanging (currently unavaliable/beta)

Mira

Mira, The Sky Mother of Jamaa, is one of the two creator gods of Jamaa

Location
When Jammers first enter Jamaa, they see the blue statue of Mira. But since the Lore is fading, most of the new Jammers refer it as the "the bird statue". Also, Liza no longer tells the new Jammers Mira's name (or why the statue is there for)

Mira was created by Zios. She was made from clouds by Zios. Her personality is kind and loving, as shown in the Lore. When Zios disappeared, her tears were mixed with the elements of Jamaa, forming the Phantoms.

Mira seems to be more well known than Zios, for Jammers sometimes see her name on the Jamma Journal, Mira Says (game), Jamaaliday 2010 (giving out daily gifts [both for members and non members]), Firepit (Sarepia Forest), and a golden statue in the Chamber of Knowledge (Lost Temple of Zios).

The Story

Here is the original tale of how Jamaa came to be. Read it wisely, young Jammer.

~The Story~

And so it was that the Sky Father was named Zios. He created many stars and planets and set them in motion. But after eons of creation, he became lonely. So he created the Sky Mother, a grey heron and named her Mira.

Mira was beautiful and kind and they were very happy together. She loved Zios deeply and often told him how talented he was, encouraging him to create. Together, Zios and Mira created their masterpiece: a lush land filled with oceans, mountains, meadows, and all kinds of plants and animals. They named this special world Jamaa, and for hundreds of years, the world and its animals were at peace.But today, all is not well in Jamaa. A mysterious dark force has crept into the land, stealing away animals and ruining the beauty of Jamaa. Only you can help save the animals and restore the world to its glory. Please help, for you are Jamaa's only hope.

Mother, was heartbroken after losing her companion spirit, Zios, the Sky Father. Her feelings of sadness and anger fell to the earth of Jamaa. Mira's tears mixed with the elements of Jamaa and formed the dark mysterious phantoms that haunt this land today. Because of the sadness and anger they were created from, The phantoms' only goal is to bring chaos and destruction to Jamaa.
